ERICKA MAYS (President/Owner) is an award-winning designer based in New York City.
After attending the Art Institute of Chicago, Mays launched her own clothing line, Ericka Mays New York, in 1998, which sold at Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Avenue and boutiques across the country.
Her collection has been reviewed in WWD, The New York Times, Essence, Mode and the New York Daily News. In 2002, Mays won the CurveStyle New Emerging Designer Award, and in 2003 the Network Journal named Mays one of its annual '40 Under Forty.'
Mays launched LUX COVER in 2008, having long dreamed of taking her design sensibility into all areas of modern living.
